The beginning

In November 07 I discovered that I could actually make money online! I researched and researched the best methods! I started of by looking into taking surveys! Sure you can make money taking surveys if you have lots of time and patience filling out offers and surveys! I dont have that luxury...

In all my research I finally found a site that offered "free training" promising to make $50-$200 a day! I finally gave in and registered for the site! The registration fee would be fill out a free offer... or pay $35! I was so interested by the powerful sales page that I opted to pay $35 via paypal!

After reading the training and understanding the work involved I decided that this method was not for me! I was looking for more Passive means to make money! BUT.....

I noticed a little link that said the work... Affiliates! I checked it out and realized that they would actually pay me via paypal $1.50 per person I referred to signing up with just there email address! I was like "How hard is that?" After all, I put my email address in without hesitating, it was my credit card information, name, and address that I wanted to keep safe!" Anyone is willing to give there email out... without all the other information attatched! (I wont tell you which website it was but its on my favorite links!)

So with this new found method of making money I went to work! I had no money to work with so I had to explore all the avenues of getting my affiliate link out to the online world! So I started with where I found it! NONE OTHER THEN CRAIGSLIST! Etc Jobs! Ha! Who was I fooling! Turns out I wasnt fooling anyone! IT WORKED! Leads started rolling in! I started posting in multiple cities! I was careful to take advantage of there link ID program and tracked which cities were most productive!

About 5-6 posts a day for about 3 weeks earned me over $900 in commisions! WOW!! Not bad in my first 3 weeks of working an hour a day on the internet! I could almost pay my mortgage on that!

Needless to say I was hooked! Then... CRASH!!! The websites admin emailed me saying that my leads were not high enough quality! To many people were creating accounts with only there email address and not filling out offers or paying for the membership to this site! He warned me and I didnt know how to get more quality leads! So I just kept at it and a few days later he informed me that I was cut off from the affiliate program! They paid me what they owed me and left it alone!

WOW- What a ride! almost $1000 in less then a month! If I could duplicate that same effort Id be set! But now I have a $35 membership to this site that I made almost $1000 off of... and nothing to promote!

This part is funny... The website has a 60 day satisfaction guarantee! I wrote in and said I was not satisfied with the training and they delivered. They gave me my refund! Although they cut me off from there affiliate program... I would say they are a very reputable company with a good product and great service!
